CERSI Co-PI's Speak at the Institute of Medicine

James Polli (UMB) and William Bentley (UMCP) spoke at the Institute of Medicine (IOM) on March 14, 2012.  Co-Directors of the University of Maryland Center of Excellence in Regulatory Science and Innovation (M-CERSI), Polli and Bentley provided an update about the Center’s activities at the IOM’s Forum on Drug Discovery, Development, and Translation. 

M-CERSI works to improve pre-clinical assessments of safety and efficacy, ensure readiness to evaluate innovative and emerging technologies, and harness diverse data through information sciences to improve health outcomes.
