Dr. Polli Speaks at Drug Development Program in Vietnam

M-CERSI co-Director James Polli provided several lectures at a workshop in Vietnam, during March 19-21, 2012.  “Vietnam is a rapidly growing country and the workshop was designed to discuss best practices to develop medications” said Polli.

Polli lectured on the roles of in vitro testing to speed development, as well as best practices in developing orally-administered medications, such as tablets and capsules.

Hosted by the Ho Chi Minh University of Medicine and Pharmacy, the workshop was sponsored by the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS) and the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP).
